What currency is your pricing in?
All of our pricing is quoted and invoiced in AUD – Australian Dollars Only.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, although the Upsy Baby Website only allows registered user from Australia and New Zealand only. Due to a large number of our Brands being restricted from being shipped Internationally, you will need to contact us with the products you were wanting and if not restricted, we are more than happy to invoice and accept payment through PayPal in Australian Dollars only. Just go to our ‘Contact‘ page and select ‘International Customer’ selection in the drop down box.
Do you have a physical location to visit?
Yes, we are located in New Farm, Brisbane and have a wonderful showroom with all of our nappies and accessories. Please contact us to make an appointment to browse, purchase or chat about nappies. Pick up is also available from this location.
How do I register with your website?
You can register 2 ways either via the ‘Login’ button on the Home Page which takes you to a page where you can either Login and create a new account OR go to ‘Create An Account’ located at the bottom of the website.
I’ve registered but noticed I don’t receive newsletters?
When you register you are not automatically subscribed to our newsletter, this is a privacy feature of the site so you have to actually register for it. It is located towards the bottom of our website from any page – just enter your email address, click on the pink ‘Send’ button and your done. Do you accept Credit Cards?
Where do I find my account information?
If you need to update your information, just Login either at to top of the Home Page which will take you directly to your ‘My Account’ area OR you can just go straight down the bottom of the website and click on ‘Manage Account’.
Why has my order been placed on backorder?
Any orders that have a ‘Usually Ships Within’ timeframe that is greater than 1-2 Business Days will go on backorder. This just means that we have acknowledged your order and your stock has been ordered in for you. Once in, you will receive another email to let you know that your order has been shipped.
How do Vouchers work?
Any Vouchers applied to your Upsy Baby account can be located in your ‘Manage Account’ area. If you have more than one Voucher applied to your Upsy Baby account, you can use multiple Vouchers for the one order or pick which one you would like to use per order. The Vouchers will show up on the Checkout Page but you need to apply the one (or more) you wish to redeem to your order by clicking on the highlighted Voucher Code in pink and click on ‘Add’.
Can you notify me when a product is back in stock?
Yes, Absolutely! On every product page where an item (including colour, size, closure etc) are out of stock it will display “Notify me when available”. If you are registered with our site, just click on this or if you are not just enter your email address and once we restock that product, you’ll be notifed. It’s that easy! You can use this feature as many times as you like on the one product if you are wanting to be notifed about more than one colour, size, closure etc – just make sure you are on the specific one you want and click. Please note: Any sale or reduced product once restocked will be at full retail price.
Why does the Product Availability vary?
As we list both stocked items and items that can be ordered in for you, you will be able to purchase as per normal through the Upsy Baby® website with no special procedures to follow – we’ll take care of it for you! In Stock items and also items that can be Ordered On Purchase do have different timeframes and the timeframes for products can vary depending on despatch destination:
- AUST | In Stock | Usually Ships Within 1-2 Business Days
- AUST | Ordered Stock | Usually Ships Within 2-5 Business Days
- NZ | Usually Ships Within 5-14 Business Days
- USA/Canada | Usually Ships Within 10-21 Business Days
Why does the price change for the same product?
This is because some Manufacturers will set different RRP for a product depending on the size and this reflects automatically on the product page. This not only saves us from listing multiple listings for the same product, it saves you time scrolling through products and you dont have to try and calculate pricing when you see that horrible ‘+$0.00’ sequence in drop down menus.
What is the ‘Compare’ feature?
The Compare feature allows you to compare products within a catergory or sub-category only. You can compare different products in the one sub-category to see which one suits your needs. For instance, you cant mix nappy sub-categories to compare as they are different nappies, these compare nappies of the same design – example: all One Sizes, all Fitted, all All-In-Ones and so on. This is show for all products on our site but will only be available where applicable.
