21 Day Credit Or Exchange – Even If You Have Changed Your Mind

Brave Tiger wants you to love what you have purchased, but if you have changed your mind or you purchased something that wont be suitable we’ll give you a store credit or send you another colour, a new size, or an entirely different style or product.

Exchanges are only accepted if the items are unwashed (not even the once), unused (not even tried on) and in its original packaging (if applicable) within 21 days of the purchase date for a refund, a credit or exchange of the product purchase price.

Brave Tiger® requires proof of purchase being the invoice emailed to you at time of purchase. The cost of shipping for the returned product will be your responsibility.

There are no returns, no credits or exchanges on Sale, Clearance or on some Ordered On Request products. Credits or Exchanges do not include the cost (price) of the shipping, purely on the cost of the item only.

Ordered On Request returns and exchanges may be accepted depending on the product so please call or email us prior to returning your goods.

Brave Tiger® will only accept goods returned on the basis that they are in the exact the same brand new condition that they were sent to you. Brave Tiger® has the right to refuse returned goods if there is any concern that the product may have been washed or worn.
